I asked this a couple of days ago, and I was told to email [e-mail]. asking for the incorporation of the tax id type I need and meanwhile to add it as "unkown" but I can't add it as unkown

Um I don't think you can specify unknown as the value meanwhile. My colleague meant to email that [e-mail] and wait until it is added
