Hello! The connected account you're trying to use is disabled. The error is correct in that you can check on that account's requirements.disabled_reason property to determine why that is.

Is there any way you can check what account is been used by checking the account ID ?

I provide the website for a company, thety cant seem to remember their login to stripe. However , i do have the account ID.

I can't do that here, no. This is a public server and I can't verify your identity.

But if you're the platform account you can determine what's wrong using the API by retrieving the Account in question.
