Your payment method settings are controlled by what you have enabled in the invoice template settings if so
Sign in to the Stripe Dashboard to manage business payments and operations in your account. Manage payments and refunds, respond to disputes and more.
You can scroll to manage payment methods on that page
you can check by clicking on the link
You need to create a new invoice after the change
That one existed prior to you updating your settings, right?
