Hi there
Hi bismarck
Yes ACH is supported on PaymentIntents and no it is not in beta
It is the us_bank_account payment_method_type
Or you can use Payment Element as well
In our payment element, all the other payment methods are visible...
only the ACH is not visible...
any ideas on why that would be the case? We have ACH enabled in the settings
It would be the currency you set on the PaymentIntent
yes we are setting USD
If you give me a PaymentIntent ID to look at that might be easiest
yes one second...I will get you a payment intent id
please don't close this conversation

Thanks looking
Hmm okay so that PaymentIntent you created and confirmed it with a prior PaymentMethod
yes
So it succeeded immediately
So you wouldn't use that PaymentIntent's client_secret in Payment Element
we show the paymentelement in the frontend first
capture the payment method, and then set that on the payment intent at creation time
Right
So for deferred intent ACH is in limited beta
So sounds like it isn't enabled for your account
so when we show the payment element, how can we get it to show/capture the ach also? it shows all the other methods, excepts ach
And you need to contact our Support team about this via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login to request access
There is also a contact us button in the link above where you can add your email to indicate your interest
We contacted support yesterday but still haven't received any response
You'll need to be patient, they should get back to your shortly
