@queen ferry, trust me, I have already done this and gone through this process. Is there anybody you know that can personally help me out with this because it makes no sense as to why this would happen. Our chargeback rate is less than 1% and we were not hit with card-testing, so how can there be "unauthorized charges"? It doesn't make sense.
