Hmm, seems different from what I was asking.

All of our products are a subscription, there are no one time purchases involved in my question.

I'm just wondering if it would be better to create three different products:
The Base Subscription
The Base Subscription + A
and The Base Subscription + A + B.

Or if it's better to utilize the subscription items which would keep the base subscription and two addons as separate products.

Got it. Alright. So that subscription model is totally doable. I can't really explain how to implement it until you have something you've tested to go off of. What I can say, is you can have multiple Subscription Items bundled into the base Subscription and these can be added/removed at any time.
