I'm connecting several accounts, two of them the webhook returned payouts_enabled, charges_enabled and transfers all active.

One of them is returning:
payouts_enabled false
charges_enabled true
transfers true

Since the process is the same for every account and since Stripe is not asking me to upload ANY document, how are they different?

Best thing to do is to compare the account.updated Events after the accounts went through onboarding

I just enter the link again and now is asking for a file
