Yes. I am working in test mode
Emails are not expected to be sent in test mode.
Is there any way I can test it out?
The only thing I know of that might work (we focus on helping developers use our API and aren't as familiar with the email features that are offered) is to use the same email address as the owner of the Stripe account when creating the test Customer. If that doesn't do the trick then I don't think it's possible to test those emails, but you can try double checking that with our Support team:

Can you tell me when the email is sent during renewal. Is it before the renewal date or after?
If you're referring to the emails controlled by these settings, then my understanding is they're sent before the renewal based on the number of days you've selected in the dropdown.
And in case of 3d confirmation? I believe a confirmation email is sent while trying to charge?
