but when i go to check the stripe dashboard it doesn't reflect there the customer created, product created, payment done, subscription created, etc.
What do you mean by this exactly? You don't see anything in your Stripe dashboard?

Check in your dashboard dashboard if the secret key there is the same you are using in your code. https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/apikeys
