But today we found some of our custom account, the interval changed from "manual" to "daily" by Stripe. (the event log source shows automatic)
Can you please share an event Id ?

Hi, this is the event ID evt_1MqVCwRVMadNhRhnIMxTgHER actually my colleague has asked about why this happen in a thread up there. I started this thread is to find the way to stop the payouts (since setting payout interval to manual is not so reliable from what we see) 😅

Can you share the requestId when you updated the payout to manual ?

The fact that the account's payout settings was changed back to daily is not normal, you should reach out to Stripe Support about this at https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?topic=payouts
But in general in order to disable the payouts, you have two options:

Change the payout interval to manual
Remove the external bank account

Removing the external bank account seems do not work. Will get error "You cannot delete the default external account for your default currency. Please make another external account the default using the default_for_currency param, and then delete this one."

While checking your account history, I can see that there were changes on the payout plan of that account from the dashboard:
