Can you share what you meant by setting up a proxy on the device? What is the expected behaviour?

I wish to test my reader checkout flow when the reader's connected network isn't stable. So i'd like to simulate network disruptions on the device by setting a proxy on the reader, then proxying all the comms through my personal computer and killing the connection via my computer
