That pm_xxx object just represents a tokenised version of the card. We won't have validate it against the card networks/banks to check validity

As stated, we don't know. Using the Payment Methods API like you did to create that object (https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_utxsYAVFjeDX9l) does not validate the card details
