hello! yes, it's possible : https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/billing-cycle#new-subscriptions
You mean I need to configure it via API not your official dashboard, right?
yep, that's right, you need to configure it via the API
could you elaborate a bit more on that?
it's a bit too vague for me to be able to answer
I’m surprised that the payout time setting influences other default time settings like billing anchor. I want to know other cases to prevent surprise.
why would the payout time setting influence the billing anchor? Where are you seeing that?
I saw in the subscription with the specific billing anchor created on the dashboard. It accepts by days not by seconds, but it’s exact timing is differ from the payout time setting.
i don't quite understand the explanation, but in any case, there's no link between payout time and billing anchor
By default (without setting), it’s timing is the time created the subscription. But after configure the payout time, it was changed to 12:00 on my time zone.
Yeah, I also believe there is no relation, but your service does it as I explained.
i'm sorry but I don't quite understand the explanation - can you share what step by step with screenshots what you did, what you saw, and what you expected to see (or not see) instead
Ok, wait for a minute.
As you know, the dashboard just accepts the billing anchor setting by day, not by minute or second. But its actual timing of 1. the end of billing cycle 2. timing of issuing upcoming invoice is influenced by the payout time setting. I saw its time is the time I created a subscription (e.g. if I create it at 4/15 12:10, the subscription ends at 4/30 12:10) in the default payout setting. I'm sorry but I could not show it to you because it seems I cannot revert the payout setting once configured.
My latest payout setting.
this is all in japanese so I can't understand it. Sorry to redirect you, but i recommend speaking to Stripe Support : https://support.stripe.com/contact/email with those screenshots and what you explained, they should be able to advise you. We have a dedicated JP support team
