I think you can just use the 4242 card to make a charge in whatever currency you're using. Let me check

I checked for testing cards by country, and in the America section has only for USA, CA, MX and BR
I think due to this regulations in Argentina may be a good idea including a new one exclusively for Argentina, sadly
Yeah, I will check in with the product team and make sure that's on their radar. For the time being, as a workaround, I would recommend using a different currency to test charges and various charges states, as they will be the same regardless of which currency you use.
