In addition to my previous message; I have been in touch with the developers of these scripts, and they have informed me that the problem is likely due to an issue with Stripe's configuration.

I'm looking at the most recent Checkout Session URL and I see it using a custom domain: https://pagamenti.scylladrones.com

Yes that’s correct but the customer clicking on pay link is redirected to checkout.stripe.com on every CRM script I use
If you click on pay button ( paga con carta di credito) on the top of the page
The pay link will be checkout.stripe.com .
I don’t why but this problem exist with every CRM script I tried ….

I don't know what you mean here. Okay I don't know what is going on with those scripts but when you create a Checkout Session on your account it is using your custom domain
Is it possible these CRM scripts are using Stripe Connect to make requests on your behalf?

Connect uses 3 different types of charges and Stripe will set custom domains based on how they create the Checkout Session
