Only some payment methods support separate authorization and capture. Payment methods that support this include cards, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, and Klarna.

Apple Pay counts as "card", for this. It's not a separate payment method.

There is a limitation for cards-> The amount is on hold for up to 7 days - Can I set other limit for more days?

If you are in the travel industry then some cards allow it and you can reach out to our support team about getting longer hold times enabled. Otherwise unfortunately it is not possible to extend that window, you would have to do something like place another hold on the card
