Hi,
There is two redirect_url for the checkout:

• success_url the customer is redirected to your webpage only if the payment is success

• cancel_url: If set, Checkout displays a back button and customers will be directed to this URL if they decide to cancel payment and return to your website.

But if the payment isn't succeeded no there'll be no redirection to your page
