If you have logged into Link, you'd need to log out of Link to see Google Pay.

Also, can you confirm that you have a live card on your Google Pay account?

Finally, can you disable any extensions that you may have?

That typically means that your browser is not set up for Google Pay

You would need to add a live card to your Google Pay account

Once you've configured that, you should be able to see the Google Pay button

On my browser, I do see the Google Pay button and the same error message as you shared.

So that error is not preventing you from seeing the Google Pay button I do no think
