Hi, in test mode using your Test API key, https://stripe.com/docs/keys.. you should be able to test it without having an account. Are you seeing any issues?

Nope, I'm an idiot, I didn't realize it was so easy and awesome to test that, I assumed I needed to have wechat set up.
