We don't have any control over the POS software. Are you directly integrating with the Stripe APIs?

I bought the POS on Stripe but I can collect money only in USD, while Stripe allows to charge clients in a different currency

What do you mean by POS? We don't sell POS

We sell card readers but those are not POS systems

And they require custom software development

Yes that is a 3rd party who is offering Stripe integrations as a service

But we don't control their code so I don't have much information I can offer you.

as far as you know the Stripe Terminal can accept Euros payment if the account is based in US?

The charge will get converted to USD and there will be an FX fee assessed

through the Terminal

It's possible with Stripe. Whether Collect's software properly configures the payment to accept in Euros is another question that I cannot answer
