I meant through the email option on that page. We have a support team that responds to those emails. This server is for coding questions so unfortunately I can't help you with taxes and account stuff

Ok thanks. How long does a reply take? Why doesn't stripe allow calling to talk with someone without going through all this headache?

Not sure what our response SLA is unfortunately. We do get back quickly as far as I know though
