Unfortunately it looks like you are right that you can't filter that endpoint by account. Can put in a feature request for that

Otherwise I think you will need to go through your payment intents that sent money to each account and collect the application fees from there

If you are doing direct charges then yes. The one way that I can think that that would get difficult is if your connected accounts could be connected to other platforms that are making charges
