hmmm, do you have the PaymentIntent id? you'd need that to confirm it on the frontend i believe

yeah, to give you more details we have bacs working fine on the web app using payment elements, i am trying to implement this on mobile but bacs is not supported on mobile elements

hrm, have you reached out via that email as the error message suggested? I believe we may need to enable a feature for you to do so (if it exists) but i'm not 100% certain off the top of my head

i believe this is the case also, i wasn't able to get a response there, my concern is that there is something wrong with my code, in the docs they say that payment-element on web collects mandate for you by default, but since i have a custom UI i am not sure how i can do this
I also found this on the IOS example

this is going to take a while for us to investigate, i don't think it's necessarily anything to do with your code. Can you write in with https://support.stripe.com/contact/email with the error message, that PaymentIntent id, and your code. We'll get back to you via that support ticket once we have an update
