unavailable: the value was provided but the bank explicitly did not check the information.
unchecked: the value was provided but has not yet been checked by the bank.

Ah that was the doc I'm missing! Thanks! So just to clarify, for unchecked, it will eventually change to one of pass/fail after the bank does the check? I imagine this normally happens very quickly, but does it take a long time in some edge case scenarios?
Am trying to find clarification on that but those seem like pretty reasonable assumptions. Will see what I can find and will get back to you

Hey apologies for the delay, yes it does look like unchecked will transition to pass/fail and should make a charge.updated event though I am having trouble finding explicit confirmation of that.
