Okay for web you don't need a developer account.

You just need to verify your domain. See: https://stripe.com/docs/stripe-js/elements/payment-request-button?client=html#verifying-your-domain-with-apple-pay for the steps to do that

Then you can use Apple Pay with Payment Element or Payment Request Button
