This is for the first invoice of the subscription. So no I don't think there's anything to do on your end, Checkout will take take of everything.

You can check the invoice in your dashboard here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/invoices/in_1MvjyqCZ1pXYosAtvWdidiPL it just means that the user didn't go though 3DS to finalize the payment

and it was just his fault? When we use stripe checkout there is no need for handling 3DS on our side, right?

Correct. The Checkout page will automatically display any 3DS flow for the first payment of the subscription, and it's up to the user to go through it or not.
