What you describe sounds like tiered pricing and Stripe only support tiered pricing in recurring Price. For one-off price yes it would be easier to just create different Prices inside 1 Product

No not customer. Price is defined by itself, and many Customer can subscribe to it

yup got that but how do make that second subscriptions less cheaper than first subscription. Do you think we need to manually intervene or do some work on the frontend
