Hi, no you can only access the fee breakdown after a Payment has been made

But it should be straighforward if you know the payment method, ie Card, since the formula is fixed

But we have a lot of properties like this one:
+0.5% for manually entered cards
+1.5% for international cards*
+1% if currency conversion is required
