It sounds like you might be a user of the platform looking to add Terminal payments, in which case you may need to get in touch with their support team
Generally speaking, the issue you mention is related to an inability of a point of sale computer to reach a Reader device
Either because it's on a different network or because local device connections are blocked by the network configuration
