Hello! Are you doing this through the dashboard or the API?
All the work was done through the API, now we are not doing anything else because we don't know what to do. As this is supposedly a one off, we could fix it in the dashboard if that's faster/easier

It looks like the issue is that they still have a bad bank account tied to their NOK currency - they need to specifically change their NOK currency bank account, not the EUR one
