Are you asking about payment methods OR are you asking about taking advance payments?
Not sure I fully grasp the usecase

i mean i let customer save payment method in billing page in my app so they can use it later for payments

Sorry, just so that I am on the same page do you mean saving multiple bank accounts that can be used for ACH debits if one of them fails?

No you shouldn't do that. You might be able to store it multiple times but if the declines keep happening then the bank account may get blacklisted.

If you get a decline, then you should prompt the customer to provide a new payment method

we want to facilitate the customer it is the biggest client. they want to pay with ach and want to add ach via routing number thus the 2 days wait is an issue
