Hello 👋
We have docs around that use-case here in case you haven't had a chance to take a look
https://stripe.com/docs/connect/bank-debit-card-payouts
https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts
I’ve read both of those, it feels like they drop you in the middle of the process and then takes you in circles without detailing where to start.
The Financial connections process is a modal similar to the custom Connect onboarding flow?
This might be a situation where I just need to start building and figure it out as I go….
Gotcha.

Kinda. It is a hosted flow that would allow you to link external bank accounts

Yeah most likely. Let me see if we have any comprehensive docs on this
Ok thanks, I am working on the financial connections but it doesn’t have the refresh or return urls I was expecting so I was thinking I might be in the wrong place
Also, I think there's a way to use account links to collect this information if you don't want to manually create these
Basically, when requirements become due, you create a new account link

Ya I saw that and I have the ‘Allow Stripe to collect bank info’ checked but it doesn’t show up in my test flow and if a user does skip that part (I’m assuming it’s optional) then I’ll need to provide a path for them later anyway
You mean you have this enabled correct?

Thanks.
Ah the reason you're not seeing it might be because its still in beta
https://stripe.com/docs/connect/payouts-bank-accounts?bank-account-collection-integration=prebuilt-web-form#:~:text=Financial Connections is available within the Connect Onboarding form as part of a US private beta. Request access.
You'd likely want to request access to the beta
