If you have two Stripe accounts, you have two different API keys. So just make sure to use the correct API key when making requests.
do we have to setup pricing table, customer portal etc.. for each stripe account separately? what if we want to change something, we'd have to change it on both the stripe accounts, right?
In general yes, but it depends exactly what's the relationship between the two accounts.
For example you could use Stripe Connect to connect both accounts, so that one account could make API calls on behalf of the other account. https://stripe.com/docs/connect
Okay, in this case we'd need 3 legal entities, right? One for platform (with connect setup), one US stripe account and one India stripe account. Or can we use any of the US/India stripe acc as platform account?
