When we swipe the card on the reader, it will keep turning in circles, and finally it will shows "card decline" on reader

and server will receive webhook terminal.reader.action_failed

You should add some logging to your code where you call processPaymentIntent

so i think some error between stripe and reader, but reader is a black box for us,do you have any log for this reader?

you can see the pi_3MvdYgIZwcIFVLGr1OZkmChY activity log, process is ok. After swipping card, we got terminal.reader.action_failed

Yeah, I'm not sure unfortunately. Sounds like potentially some kind of hardware issue as there's no logs of issues via API. I'd recommend writing in so our team can investigate further: https://support.stripe.com/contact
