hello! where are you seeing this error?
In my stripe dashboard. A customer has paid via my website but i did not get the funds
The status says incomplete
if the PaymentIntent status is incomplete, it means that the customer didn't actually pay. How does your integration indicate that a customer has paid?
How can a customer not actually pay?
I tried it with my own creditcard

how did you integrate with Stripe? Are you using the Payment Element?
your page doesn't show that you're using Stripe, if you're using a third party plugin, i'd suggest you talk to them
i'm guessing your probably are, since your site is showing WooCommerce
