The issue here is that we don't actually allow you to update the amount of shipping rate once it's been set - in the update request we only allow you to add additional currencies that you haven't set already

Unfortunately not - you'd need to create a new one if you want to change those amounts

It's a common question, but it's not something we offer because it can complicate things. Imagine if you used a shipping rate in previous transactions and then wanted to updated it - you'd have a bunch of things all using the same shipping rate but some were on the old amount and some were on the new amount
