Hey there
You should be able to look at account.updated Events to determine this if this occurred in past 30 days
It occurred within last 14 days, but would I be checking the "From your platform" or "From this account"?
It seems it's not in either. I tested it by manually disabling/enabling myself just now
Can you share the account ID?
Yeah sure, two seconds
acct_1L8pEER9zD8J5oGY
No payouts were scheduled, we don't know why, and we presumed it was down to the payout disable/enable
Give me a moment to look
Ok thanks
Okay I'm seeing two events from where you just recently toggled payouts from enabled --> disabled on this account.
That said, I do see previous payouts on this account that have occurred on a weekly basis
As the payout schedule is set to weekly
When did you expect a payout to occur but there was no payout exactly?
Thanks for that info. I can't see those events 😦
There should have been a payout initiated on Wednesday last week on the 5th, to be paid out on the 11th.
Is this where to look?
To see these Events you do need to use the "View Dashboard as this Account" in the top right when viewing the Connected Account
Then you go Developers --> Events
You can also see that they did have a payout on April 3rd
Which is inline with the weekly (7 day) schedule the account is set for
Yes I see that, but nothing intiated since
They normally show initiated (all other 500+ accounts do), then as "in transit"
By that you mean you expect one to be in transit right now?
Gotcha. Looks like the funds in that account aren't currently available so they weren't paid out this week. I can see they are still Pending.
Honestly not positive why that is... everything looks fine to me but we only focus on the API side of things here -- I don't know that much about available vs. pending balance holders. You are going to be better off working with our Support team directly on this via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
I can ask the support team about that one, thanks.
Also, I found the events you mentioned. It's because the dashboard defaults to only POST and delete methods. When I enabled the GET, it worked.
