The SCA email will be triggered if the issuing bank requests authentication. Currently I don't think we have a section in the dashboard that summarizes automated communication with Customers.

Ok, that's great. Thank you! So changing the update to off_session will then fallback to the normal Off-session behaviour. I won't need to send emails out manually in this case and let Stripe do this job. Phew 😅

It would be lovely if we could get more insights into sent emails, especially when digging into weird cases. Maybe that's something you could pass as feedback?
