You guys don’t even have a phone number. The email support is very un helpful.
There should be a callback option if you are logged in though unfortunately it is not always available
We cannot login
I can see an email thread with that email that you sent. You should follow up in that thread if you have further questions
The opposite party of the business attempted to login so many times they locked the account and support has not made a mention for next step.
Last email said thanks for patience. Talks about email thread. Between a third party who was hired to make the stripe.
Jacob Earl Lopez was hired to make the stripe. Each stripe rep is different every day. Mr. Lopez has no equity or percentage of interest in the company. People are being charged. Is there a way to close the account entirely and refund any funds currently in the account.

Thanks Toby but we have exhausted all other options. Your company’s refusal to have as much as a phone call with us has resulted in this point of contact. If you could assist in looking into this further it would be greatly appreciated.
