Sorry, all I'm seeing is that the 3DS/SCA authentication was not completed successfully, but I don't have insight on why as the authentication decision is made by the customer's bank. Have you spoken with your customer about what they saw while trying to complete the payment?

No, but this happens with all my clients, I have not been able to receive any payment... maybe it is for the amount of the purchase, it is above USD1,000

We won't be able to tell off of speculation alone. The customer's bank is the one that tells us whether authentication was successfully completed, so they would be the ones that need to be spoken with to determine why an authentication attempt failed. You will want to have your customers speak with their banks to figure out why the authentications are failing.
