Hi, that is correct. 3DS could be required depending on what the issuing bank wants. In these cases, you'd need to bring your customer back on session and complete 3DS.
what do you mean back on session? we used his credit card later to charge his parking tickets from rental agreement for example. He left the country so i am not sure what you mean back on session

if i try to create payment intent and it requires 3DS will he get notification automatically on his phone for example? or what would be process to get him back online to complete 3DS in this case?

tnx @dawn grail i will go over all one more time, prblem in my case we dont have website for him to go and do online chekin, i am just wondering if i cretepamentIntent with Confirm = false .. so that requires him to authenticate, will he got message on mobile phone by his bank, like i got message on my phone when somone try to use my credit card and i am not on thier website.
i know it is a bit strange situation and uncommon i guess
