So the card issuer's portal is not allowing you to type in a field?
yeah, I think there was a Content-Security-Policy error at least from the AmEx 3d Secure page
Hmmm, I'm not sure what to make of that. For context: Stripe doesn't have any control over what the 3DS page shows/allows, so I'm not sure how helpful we can be.
Are you able to reliably reproduce? Does it happen with all Amex cards? Or just the one you're using for testing?
it's in the live system and happens for the 2 cards, we checked
all other cards work by confirming the request externally in an app, so nothing needs to be entered

Gotcha. Unfortunately I don't know how much help we can be. The card issuer ultimately determines what to display in their 3DS portal and we have almost no visibility into that. The best path forward is to reach out to the card issuer and have them escalate to an engineer who can look into why that might be happening
