My application is integrated with Stripe strongly via API. I was wondering maybe there is an issue in API validations or some kind of, that doesn't let me have a Treasury integration for USVI business

That level of permissions wouldn't be from the API unfortunately. That has to come from account-level permissions. We wouldn't be able to advise on how to get USVI enabled on your account, as there might be a review process that support has to take you through to enable it.
