we want to schedule some payments at particular dates, which should be automatically charged
for this only we want to use this scheduling concept

we can but it will be very much difficult to track that many schedules
we want to create more than 60 phases in one schedule only

You can keep the Schedule IDs in your database. I see it as the only way honestly.
