Yeah, I read that page earlier, but it doesn't mention anything about the API I was asking about, unless I'm missing something?

Well specifically do you see the second section? It looks like that doc has an example for the create request but not the update request, though that should be the syntax once you have the PIN encrypted

No, I'm not seeing either of those two sections on that page.

All I see are Introduction, Viewing a card's PIN, Changing a card's PIN, and Unblocking a card's PIN. Under Changing a card's PIN, it just talks about changing it at an ATM, but nothing about using the API.

I am logged in to my account, that does have access to Stripe Treasury + Issuing.

Gotcha, let me look in to this a bit more. It may be a requirement that you need to be enabled for encrypted PIN management specifically

Yeah looks like that is it. If you write in to support and tell them you want to use this feature they should know what to do from there
