Do you have an example of one of these Subscriptions?

Sure, would you prefer live or test?

This will work. Taking a look now

You know, I'm looking closer into this now (and should have before I came running for help!) but I believe we are showing the correct retry behavior. Perhaps there were a couple that were scheduled to end on or about the date of migration that canceled without collection, but it seems that most if not all of the failed invoices are correctly entering retry behavior. Would that be the behavior if for example the subscription were to cancel on 4/6 and the payment failed today, would the subscription be allowed to cancel without colleciton?

Yea, that one definitely looks weird. Any insight on the above would be great, but I think I need to do some more homework before I continue wasting your time! I really do appreciate the help though!

No worries! Subscription migrations are not simple, so I understand how this can happen. As far as I can tell, your system wasn't able to successfully create a Subscription, so the payment failed and no retries were done

I believe that's what is happening, that the subscriptions that were scheduled to cancel are canceling without collection.

Hold on. It looks like there are 2 separate problems here. The first one on the first customer you gave me (cus_NaPbel1PWoMQxB) was that there was no subscription to begin with, whereas this second customer (cus_NaPdYgRTFLV5el) has a different problem where the subscription is created, but the payment fails and the Subscription is canceled.

Are you able to confirm the dashboard settings were not changed for subscriptions with failed payments?
