There isn't an example that I know of but you should be able to create one in test mode pretty easily by just creating a Subscription with auto-tax enabled

Yea, the downside is to do that I have to turn on sales tax which also requires us registering with a state? I believe my accounting team has to go thru that part of the process?

Are the responses going to be similar to TaxJar?

No you should be able to do all of that in test mode without any negative effects

#

You could also just spin up an isolated test account to do this

#

And not do it on your prod account if you are worried about it

#

Just make sure you are on the same API version

A follow up on this, the invoice response is stating I'm not registered for HI. I don't see anywhere on the Tax Settings page to specify which states I'm registered in?

You should be able to see this at https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/tax/registrations

I believe you can do one registration for all states in the US as well
