I need to see an example of a Checkout Session to investigate. When you create a Checkout Session you get a Checkout Session object. Could you please get me its ID? It usually looks like cs_xxx

Which back button are you referencing? The one in the UI or the browser button?

Then I suspect your browser is doing a redirect somewhere. Check the network tab in your console and you'll probably see it redirect from https://localhost:44368/healthcare#summary?foo=bar to https://localhost:44368/healthcare/
