Hmm okay yeah that looks to me like a race condition bug that we would need to investigate. I'd recommend writing into our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login and providing this video and the corresponding PaymentIntent and then we can investigate further and work with our Terminal Eng team on this.
