I think what's happening here is that one charge is coming from the PaymentIntent and the other is coming from the subscription creation.

Are you trying to avoid two charges OR are you trying to create an invoice for the one-time charge

Unfortunately, no. that's not possible. You can send the receipt to the customer if that works..
